What to do 1. Place your right hand to the outside of your left breast just under the arm on the outside of your body. 2. Place the palm of your left hand on the outside of your right arm just above the elbow. Breathe deeply. After a few breaths, change sides. 3. Place the left hand to the outside of your right breast just under the arm on the outside of your body. 4. Place the palm of your right hand on the outside of your left arm just above the elbow. Breathe deeply. 3-5 breaths on each side are usually enough to start bringing the body back into a state of balance.
