“Living Naturally” – An intro to qigong and Tui na

During a recent “Living Naturally” discussion at Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle, Dr. Benjamin Apichai gives an overview of two techniques – qigong and Tui na. Apichai is a faculty member at Bastyr University and a practitioner at Bastyr Center for Natural Health.
