Carlos Guanche, MD from Van Nuys, CA performs an arthroscopic labral repair and takedown as well as a femoral neck resection in a patient with mixed cam and pincer impingement. The procedure is performed under a general anesthesia and supplemented by a fascia iliaca block for postoperative pain control.
