At least once in their life, everyone experiences tooth pain and cries out for tooth pain relief. Some women say that they would rather give birth than have toothace. Can it be so bad? Well let me a sure you that tooth pain can dramatically affect you both mentally and physically. For example, it will affect your food appetite as you won’t want to eat from the pain, it will affect moods, maybe resulting in you being bad tempered and it most certainly affect your love life as you won’t want to be touched!! In fact tooth pain can affect most of your daily life.
The best way to try and prevent the disaster is to visit your dentist as often as possible in order to keep up to date with oral hygiene. Severe tooth pain can cause problems with sleeping, going to work or school and can even effect your life financially. Severe toothache – that sharp, intense pain could mean that you are suffering from one or more dental problems. If this is the case, then a dentist is the only one who can diagnose and treat it. However to see a dentist could take a few days and if you can’t bare the pain, don’t worry as you might want to try some of the alternative tooth pain relief methods.
There are many methods that you can try using natural ingredients from your own home, including rinsing warm salt eater, applying onion or garlic to the tooth, vanilla extract and many more. There are also pain relief medication such as paracetamol, ibuprofen or aspirin. You can try these alongside the home remedies for tooth pain relief. One of the oldest methods is cloves and clove oil, to do this take a cotton bud and dip into the oil then apply to the tooth and for the clove, simply chew this using the painful tooth, the tooth pain relief should be almost instant! Chewing a raw onion could have the same results but is not as nice to taste. You can try 2-3 drops of vanilla extract on the tooth which has been known to be very soothing. Finally ice can be used to numb the pain used 3-4 times a day.
Some Experts in homeopathy say that you need to increase your intake of calcium and magnesium to soothe the pain of a toothache. They advise you take 500 milligrams of calcium and 200-300 milligrams of magnesium, but to be effective this must be done at the first sign of a toothache. Other experts in homeopathy says that a 30x dose of Belladonna or Magnesia phosphorica every 30 to 60 minutes will diminish the pain. These can be found in health food stores.
Tooth pain relief can be done through natural remedies that you can find from your own home. These will hopefully help ease the pain and if you are lucky, may even get rid of it for every. You really have nothing to lose, so go ahead and try some. However, if the tooth pain doesn’t get any better you will have to visit a dentist and get treatment and advice from them.
